Your care begins before you even arrive. We send an intake form through Jane ahead of your appointment so we can learn about your history in advance. When you come in, we'll walk through your case history together, discuss consent to treatment, and perform a full assessment. In most cases, treatment begins the same day. A first visit typically takes about an hour.

Dr. Cheryl Wahrenburg is the founder of Spinal Solutions and has been practicing chiropractic for 26 years. Her focus is on nerve-related conditions and chronic pain, and her approach combines spinal manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and interferential current therapy. She also provides custom foot orthotics for patients whose pain connects to foot mechanics.
Dr. Matt Muise brings 12 years of chiropractic experience and a broad treatment toolkit that includes shockwave therapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, and manipulation. He joined Spinal Solutions in October 2024, bringing a strong background in soft tissue work and a focus on helping general patients with everyday pain.
